Trottiscliffe Tennis Club is compliant with various regulations to ensure the safety, well being, and privacy of both members, guests, officials, and visitors.  Please ensure that you are familiar with the content of these policies.

Club Rules & Guidelines

All members and their guests are required to observe the Club Rules which are available via the following link and are also displayed in the Clubhouse.

Court Booking

Access and use of the tennis courts are only allowed where reservations have been made using the Court Booking System which is available via the member’s page of the website.  The rules and guidelines relating to the details on court reservations are contained in the Club’s Court Booking Policy which is available from the following link.

Health & Safety

Trottiscliffe Tennis Club (TTC) are committed to a Health & Safety policy that provides safe facilities for our Members and their Guests.   The Club’s Health & Safety Officer (Tricia Wallis) has overall responsibility for health and safety management at the Club.  As part of this policy the Club undertakes an annual Risk Assessment and the latest version of this assessment is available from the relevant link below.

As part of the Health & Safety Policy it is important for the Club to record any significant accidents and injuries which will help ensure future risks can be minimised.  Please select the link below to record any accidents or injuries using the Accident Reporting Form.

Data Protection

The Club’s management committee ensures that information on it’s members is stored securely and is not made available to the general public or any third parties.  The committee has developed and approved a Data Protection Policy which is compliant with current EU and UK regulations, (General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.  The Data Protection Officer is Dick Hogbin.  


Trottiscliffe Tennis Club (TTC) acknowledges the duty of care to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and adults at risk. The club is committed to ensuring safeguarding practice reflects statutory responsibilities, government guidance, complies with best practice and meets LTA requirements.
