Club Rules & Guidelines
To ensure fair and safe use of the facilities a set of rules apply to all members coaches, and other court users. Please ensure that you are familiar with these.
Health & Safety
Trottiscliffe Tennis Club (TTC) are committed to a Health & Safety policy that provides safe facilities for our Members and their Guests. The Club’s Health & Safety Officer (Tricia Wallis) has overall responsibility for health and safety management at the Club. As part of this policy the Club undertakes an annual Risk Assessment.
The Club’s management committee ensures that information on it’s members is stored securely and is not made available to the general public or any third parties. The committee has developed and approved a Data Protection Policy which is compliant with current EU and UK regulations, (General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679. The Data Protection Officer is Dick Hogbin.
Trottiscliffe Tennis Club (TTC) acknowledges the duty of care to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and adults at risk. The club is committed to ensuring safeguarding practice reflects statutory responsibilities, government guidance, complies with best practice and meets LTA requirements.
